Solutions and Consultations

Care Solutions

Care Anywhere

We believe that care does not have to be limited to the hospital or the home, it can be delivered anywhere. We aim to provide care where it is needed.

Palliative

Palliative care is provided with the aim of enhancing the quality of life of individuals living with a serious health condition. This can be provided at the same time as other treatments for serious health conditions as the aim of offering palliative care is to provide comfort.

Companionship

Companionship is a form of non-medical support which involves caring for individuals who are lonely, bringing necessary relational connections into the lives of isolated individuals. Studies by the CDC suggest that experiencing loneliness can exacerbate health risks such as increased risk of heart disease and stroke in adults 50 and over.

Respite

Sometimes we need an extra hand to help with common chores. It’s common for family caregivers to feel overwhelmed when taking over all tasks of a household. Respite allows the caregiver to have a break and focus on their wellbeing.

24-Hour Care

Around-the-clock Care is best suited for CareRecipients who are vulnerable if left at home alone. CareAides work hard to support the independence of CareRecipients wherever possible, which helps to retain strength, memory, and dignity.

Electronic Care Record

During each visit, notes are recorded in our custom checklist to provide continuity of care, clarify information for other healthcare professionals, and for your own reference.
