BrossCare Health Society is a non-profit and registered charity based in Vancouver. We provide mobile integrated health (MIH) services to individuals in the community.
Our goal is to make compassionate, culturally sensitive care accessible to those who need it.
Community Health Project
In November 2024, we launched a pilot in Burnaby to support seniors who were falling through the cracks of the healthcare system. Working directly with Korean-speaking seniors, we co-designed seminars, provided on-site nursing, and offered weekly in-home support. The results show just how impactful culturally sensitive, mobile integrated care can be.

What We Do
Through grants and donations, we make compassionate, culturally sensitive care accessible.
Community Health Project
Educational Seminars:
Bi-weekly health education co-designed with the seniors who receive our support. We cover topics like diabetes, dementia, fall prevention, and more.
One-on-one Support:
Weekly check-ins, light housekeeping, and personalized care for seniors who need it most.
Navigation and Access:
Connecting seniors to health and social services they may not otherwise access, with translation and cultural support.
