As a CareAide you will provide and assist clients in their place of care with personal care in accordance with the client’s personalized CarePlan. This may include bathing, dressing, personal care, cooking, cleaning and other ADLs.
REQUIREMENTS
BrossCare maintains a high standard of care for CareRecipients.
CareAides must have successfully completed of a Care Aide or similar program at an accredited school and be listed on the B.C. Care Aide registry.
CareAides must meet all health and safety requirements and must be able to lift medium to heavy objects, walk, push and be physically fit.
We ask all CareAides to provide:
Certificate from accredited school or care aide program (all CareAides must be registered under care aides in BC)
Two professional references
Criminal Record check
Fully vaccinated status according to the most recent BC Health Ministry COVID-19 guidelines
