Our Services
Home Care Services
We provide compassionate, person-centered care, ensuring comfort and dignity in your daily life from hygiene to medication management. We also provide homemaking support, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Nursing Services
Our health services include expert management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease, with a focus on monitoring and education to improve overall well-being. We offer personalized medical referrals and wound care to address specific health needs and promote optimal recovery.
Collaborative Health
We coordinate with mobile health practitioners such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists to deliver specialized care. Our care planning services help you navigate future care decisions by exploring your values and preferences for when you may be unable to decide for yourself.
Our Story
We are a non-profit home care and health organization in Vancouver, B.C., dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery as we know it. While our current focus is on home care services, we go beyond traditional patterns by integrating daily living assistance and companionship with specialized health care options. Through close partnerships with health professionals and local organizations, we deliver personalized care tailored to individual needs.

A nurse was sent to our home to do an assessment of my mom and a Care Plan was completed at no charge. The care aides, Alma and Juliya were compassionate and understanding. We sensed their attitude of care and commitment right away. The BrossCare team was also very flexible. We had to cancel and reset the schedule twice in a three month period and our requests were easily facilitated.
